Ice Fishing

Siskiyou County is a Winter Wonderland for the ice fisher. Just about eight miles from the City of Mt. Shasta, and about seven miles above Lake Siskiyou sits Castle Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in the north state. In addition to its being a spectacularly beautiful spot, it’s a great place to try your hand at ice fishing.
