Join Mount Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center’s Community Education Coordinator, Kayla Marie Figard and Evonne Ellis, MFA in Creative Writing, at Dunsmuir City Park, where we will take flight with inspiration from birds. We’ll go on a bird language and sound mapping walk and explore prompts around nesting, listening, and freedom, with time to reflect and share as a community. No writing experience necessary! All ages are welcome at this event.
